Our collection of the legendary Victor ‘The Trader’ Bergeron’s signature concoctions and much more, are comfortably within the reach of the pleasure seeker, with savoury Tidbits to stem the gratifying flow of the tide.

Here Rums of the Caribbean are the backbone, and where the original Mai Tai, very often imitated but never duplicated, flow with great content to the sounds of Island music that go live from 10.30pm each and every night.



Trader Vic’s would like to introduce its 'drinking canoe'. The canoe acts as a portable bar and a perfect centerpiece for any party. Featuring a central cavity, the canoe has a capacity of 10 gallons, which can be filled, with the guests’ choice of cocktail including Trader Vic’s famous house special, the Mai Tai. Smaller groups have the option of hiring the canoe with two gallons (starting price of £440) of cocktail (approximately 50 to 60 cocktails). The canoe also features compartments, which can be filled with the guest’s choice of beverages chilled on ice.  Famed for its South Pacific style and Polynesian theme, Trader Vic’s offers authentic décor and live music making a visit a fun and colourful experience. 

Trader Vic’s at The London Hilton on Park Lane is open for lunch Monday to Friday, dinner Monday – Sunday and the bar is open daily.
